All Star Windshields Cancellation Policy


All Star Windshields is a professional company and in order to operate like one we take precautions to cover ourselves as well as meet your expectations as a fast, courteous and professional auto glass provider.  It’s important you understand upon setting an appointment, if you fail to inform us of a cancellation or not show up at a appointed time will result in a minimum $80.00 charge that will be applied in order to cover the expenses for free mobile service and restocking fee for the auto glass. All Star Windshields services are by appointment only regardless of where the work is performed (at one of our assigned locations or custmomers work or home).  All Star Windshields appointments will only be scheduled if secured by a valid credit card.


Customers can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the appointment, or within 30 minutes of making appointment for same-day service, any changes made within the 24 hour window are considered late cancellations.


All late cancellations will be charged a restocking fee, minimum fee being $80, (this fee may increase, depending on cost of glass) which is not refundable! Customers LOSE their cancellation fee if they reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, providing incorrect vehicle or glass information, or,  if your not available at time of the scheduled appointment.  All Star Windshields does our best ensure we arrive on time and to keep our customers updated on their installers arrival, however; all appointments are approximations (morning 8a-11p, noon11a-3p or mid evening 3p-6p) please allow sufficient time for the installer to arrive. Here at All Star Windshields we strive to stay on schedule as much as possible,  factors beyond our control can cause some delays. Customers will not be charged if All Star Windshields fails to show up within the specified time of the scheduled appointment.


In the end we ask that you please have common courtesy and understanding that if you make an appointment with us and decide to cancel last minute, you cost the company money and therefore you will be charged a restocking fee. Our company works to deliver our customers the best service along with the lowest price. Help keep our prices low by simply being a caring consumer. Thank You!


Reminder in order to exercise your rights under this Warranty you MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL All Star Windshields RECEIPT/INVOICE.


Installation Limited Warranty


All installs performed by All Star Windshields are warranted against defects in workmanship and material for as long as you own or lease the vehicle, these defects must be brought to the attention of All Star Windshields within 14 days of the discovery of a defect. Note: Truck sliding back glass are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation. All Star Windshields repair/replacement to your home or office falls under warranted work; all warranted work is performed at one of our assigned locations.


Limitations & Exclusions


Our warranty will not cover leaks, noise, stress cracks, or similar damage for installations to any vehicles that have rust or damage to the pinch-weld. All Star Windshields attempts to advise customers of the existence of damage or rust prior to  removal of the existing glass, however; normally this is not possible. In such cases, All Star Windshields is not responsible for damage or premature degradation of such work. Any damage not involving defective workmanship or materials is expressly excluded from coverage under this warranty. All Star Windshields, THE MANUFACTURER OR VENDOR WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. The exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages isn't allowed in some states, therefore the preceding limitation or exclusion will not apply in such cases. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.


Windshield Repair


This type of work involves special adhesives (resin) that is injected into the effected part of the glass (crack/chip). These repairs are not exact or successful 100% of the time. The success of the repair will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to: severity, recency, moisture or foreign material in the damaged area, and temperature of the glass during the time the repair took place. To ensure greater results have the damaged glass repaired as quickly as possible, place the vehicle in a shaded area 45min prior to repair work and keep dirt and water away from affected area at least 8 hours prior to repair.


One import thing to consider when choosing a rock chip repair is the result in the chip or crack can become larger, in such cases All Star Windshields cannot be held responsible for this damage. Please take note: windshield repairs are attempt to extend the life of an already damaged part.


General Warranty Information


For all warranty related issues please notify All Star Windshields in person at one of our mobile locations by calling us on our toll free number at 1 (888)956-9462 so that we may provide you with an expedited repair or replacement of the defective parts or workmanship without charge at mutually agreed time. Please note that all warranty work will be performed at an assigned location; In the event we are unable to satisfy your warranty we will refund the original purchase price of your warranted products and/or services.


REMINDER

Our warranty applies for as long as you own or lease the vehicle and is not transferable.

 Lastly, All Star Windshields makes every attempt to make sure you are aware of these guidelines.  Upon setting an appointment, our phone technicians will inform you of these guidelines.
